1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at Betrise Casino and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Account Registration

You may hold only one account at Betrise Casino. Creating duplicate accounts may result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account details with anyone. We will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone — if anyone claims to be from Betrise and asks for your password, treat this as a phishing attempt and contact support immediately.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You are required to notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details. We verify identity documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals — this is a regulatory requirement, not optional. Accepted documents include government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is C$10. We accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, and other methods as listed in the cashier. Deposits are processed immediately in most cases. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name — using a third-party payment source may result in account suspension.

Minimum withdrawal is C$20. We process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment provider. Interac e-Transfer typically arrives within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to perform enhanced verification before processing large withdrawals. We do not charge withdrawal fees on our end — your bank or payment provider may have their own fee structure.

We do not allow cryptocurrency transactions at this time unless specifically listed in the cashier as an available option. Withdrawal requests that fail KYC checks will be held pending successful verification. If you are unable to complete KYC within 30 days, we may return funds to your original payment method and close your account.

4. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a 35x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise on the specific bonus offer page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the deposit) unless explicitly noted. The standard maximum bet allowed while using an active bonus is C$5 per spin or round. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10%. Live dealer games contribute 10%. Progressive jackpot slots contribute 0%. Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period. At expiry, any remaining bonus (and any winnings derived from it) is forfeited. Your real money balance is never forfeited — only the bonus portion.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable: using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage; collusion with other players; fraud, including chargebacks on deposits where winnings have been received; bonus abuse (systematic exploitation of promotions); opening multiple accounts; providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC; allowing third parties to use your account; money laundering or financing illegal activities through our platform.

We employ advanced fraud detection systems. If we detect suspicious activity, we reserve the right to freeze your account and funds pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts permanently closed and any pending withdrawals forfeited. Decisions regarding prohibited activity are made at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to withhold detailed findings to protect our detection capabilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Betrise Casino platform — including game software, graphics, text, logos, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent. The Betrise name, logo, and all associated brand elements are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Betrise Casino provides its services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from: platform downtime, technical failures, incorrect display of game results (subject to server-recorded results being authoritative), or delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the greater of: the amount of your net deposits in the 12 months preceding the claim, or C$1,000. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao and the license conditions of our Curaçao eGaming licence (No. 8048/JAZ). Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Authority or, where applicable, to a recognized ADR provider.

To raise a dispute: first contact our support team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied after this process, you have the right to escalate to an independent dispute resolution body. We are committed to fair treatment of all players and will cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation.

9. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your original payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus balances at account closure are forfeited. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We will notify you before applying any dormancy policy. We reserve the right to close accounts for breach of these terms, at our discretion, with reasonable notice except in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity where immediate closure may be necessary.
